Rumi Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Rumi is the Discord bot made and run by ENTRO.you ("we", "us") for the ENTRO.you Discord server and the ENTRO.you website. By using its commands or linking your Discord account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rumi.

These terms add to our Terms of Service, which still apply to your ENTRO.you account. For anything to do with Rumi, these terms win if the two disagree. You must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

How we handle information is described in the Rumi Privacy Policy.

2. Who can use Rumi

  • Rumi is for members of the ENTRO.you Discord server and for ENTRO.you users who link their Discord account.
  • You must be old enough to use Discord: 13, or the minimum age in your country if higher.

3. What Rumi does

Rumi looks up ENTRO.you profiles, shows a member's Discord status, activity and public badges, and lets you link your Discord account so your status, badges and rich presence can appear on your ENTRO.you profile. We may change Rumi's features at any time. Rumi is free for now. If that changes we will tell you first.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Rumi to harass, stalk, dox or track people, or to build a record of someone's activity against their wishes;
  • spam Rumi's commands, evade its limits, or try to overload it;
  • try to reach information you are not allowed to, probe or attack Rumi, or reverse engineer the parts that keep it secure;
  • use Rumi to break the law, Discord's rules, or someone else's rights;
  • pretend to be Rumi, ENTRO.you or anyone who works on them.

5. Linking your account

Linking is optional. Only link an account you own. By linking, you allow Rumi to read your Discord profile as described in the Rumi Privacy Policy, and ENTRO.you to show that information on your ENTRO.you profile. You can unlink at any time by emailing support@entro.you, and you can revoke access in Discord under Settings, Authorized Apps.

6. Rumi's artwork and character: copyright

Rumi's artwork, images, animations, designs and writing, and the Rumi character itself (together, the "Rumi Materials"), are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to ENTRO.you. © 2026 ENTRO.you. All rights reserved. Using Rumi, ENTRO.you or the website does not give you any licence to the Rumi Materials beyond what this section expressly says.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

  • copy, download, repost, re-host, redistribute or hotlink the Rumi Materials, on any site, app, server or service;
  • edit, crop, recolour, trace, redraw, remix or otherwise make derivative works from them, including by hand, by tool or by AI;
  • remove, hide or alter any credit, watermark, signature or copyright information;
  • use them commercially: merchandise, prints, stickers, commissions, adverts, sponsorships, paid or monetised content, or anything sold or promoted for money;
  • use them to train, fine-tune or test any machine-learning or AI model, or to generate images, text or voices that imitate Rumi;
  • turn them into tokens, NFTs or any other crypto or blockchain asset;
  • use Rumi's name, likeness or artwork as your own avatar, character or brand, or in any way that suggests you are, or are endorsed by, Rumi or ENTRO.you;
  • scrape, bulk-download or systematically collect them;
  • use them in connection with hateful, sexual, harassing, political or otherwise disparaging material, or to mislead people.

What you may do:

  • share a link to a Rumi page, post or the ENTRO.you site;
  • take and share an unaltered screenshot or recording of Rumi working in Discord or on the website, for non-commercial purposes such as news, reviews, tutorials or conversation, with clear credit ("Rumi by ENTRO.you") and without using it to train or prompt AI.

Fan works that use the Rumi Materials need our written permission first. We may allow non-commercial fan works case by case, and any permission is limited to what it says, can be withdrawn, and does not transfer ownership of Rumi or the Rumi Materials to anyone.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under copyright law that cannot be limited by contract, such as quotation, criticism, review, parody or other uses that the law allows without permission. Discord and its marks belong to Discord Inc., and other names and logos belong to their owners.

7. Permission, reports and removal

Asking permission. Email support@entro.you saying what you want to use, where, for how long, and whether money is involved. Permission counts only if we give it in writing.

Reporting a copy. If you find the Rumi Materials used without permission, or you believe something on ENTRO.you infringes your own rights, email us with: the address or location of the material; what it copies or what right is infringed; your name and contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, which you make under penalty of perjury where the law applies, that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We review reports, and may remove or disable material and tell the person who posted it. If you think we removed something by mistake, you can send us a response explaining why.

Repeat infringement. We may suspend or close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright. We may also use any other remedy the law allows. Making a knowingly false report can have legal consequences.

No waiver. If we do not enforce our rights straight away, we have not given them up. If any part of this section cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.

8. Availability and changes

Rumi is provided as it is. It may go offline, be slow, or lose its in-memory data when it restarts. We may change, limit or stop any part of Rumi at any time.

9. Suspension

We may block a user from Rumi, or remove them from the ENTRO.you server, with or without notice, if we think these terms or Discord's rules were broken or Rumi is being misused. You can stop using Rumi at any time by leaving the server and unlinking your account. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example 6, 7, 10 and 11) do so after that.

10. No warranty

Rumi is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises of any kind. Status, activity and badge information comes from Discord, and we do not promise that it is accurate, complete or up to date.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ENTRO.you is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, from your use of Rumi, and our total liability for anything to do with Rumi is limited to the amount you paid us for Rumi, which is currently nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using Rumi after a change, you accept the new terms. For significant changes we will say so in the ENTRO.you Discord server or on the website.
