1. Agreement to Terms
By using ENTRO.you ("we", "us"), including the website, the personal desktop pages people build and publish on it, and our creator tools (together, the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts, usernames and aliases
- You must be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services in your country if higher.
- Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Your username is the address of your page. Names must follow the format shown when you claim one, and some names are reserved. Do not choose a name that copies a trademark, a brand, or another person's identity.
- Aliases are extra addresses that point to your page. A free account can hold 1 and a Pro account up to 3. An alias can be handed to another user only through the transfer process in your settings.
- We may reclaim or change a name that is reserved, abusive, misleading, or being used to impersonate someone.
3. Plans and payments
Free. A free account includes up to 3 text files, 3 gallery images, 3 music tracks, 1 music player app, 1 gallery app and 3 saved themes, with an "ENTRO.you" watermark on your page.
Creator Pro. $5.99 per month, or $4.99 per month billed yearly, removes those limits, adds custom domain support and removes the watermark. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. We may change prices for future periods and will tell you before we do.
If something is wrong with a charge, email support@entro.you and we will sort it out.
4. Your content
You own what you publish: your text, images, audio, video, links and layout. By putting it on the Service you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, copy, resize and display it so we can run your page and show it to visitors. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from short delays in clearing backups.
You are responsible for your content and for having the right to use everything you upload or link, including music, artwork and photos of other people. Content you link from other services stays subject to their terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- publish anything illegal, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
- publish sexual content involving minors, threats, hate, harassment, or content that encourages self-harm;
- spread malware, phishing, scams or spam, or collect other people's data without their consent;
- impersonate another person or organisation;
- attack, overload, probe or scrape the Service, get around its limits or security, or reverse engineer the parts that protect it;
- inflate visit counts or guestbooks, or upload files that are not what they claim to be.
We may remove content, unpublish a page, or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice. If you think something on ENTRO.you infringes your rights, email support@entro.you with the page address and details, and we will review it.
6. Guestbooks and visitors
Anyone may be able to leave a message on a page that has a guestbook. Page owners can approve, hide, pin or delete messages on their own page and are responsible for what they leave visible. If you post a message, do not include anyone's private information, and know that it may be public.
7. Rumi, our Discord bot
Using Rumi is also subject to the Rumi Terms of Service and the Rumi Privacy Policy. If they differ from these terms on anything to do with Rumi, the Rumi terms apply.
8. Our property
The Service, including its design, code, name, logo and the Rumi character, belongs to us and our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you the right to use the Service, not to copy or resell it. Rumi's artwork has its own strict rules in the Rumi Terms of Service. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using the Service, unpublish your page, or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Service or others at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as 4, 8, 10 and 11, do so afterwards.
10. The Service as it is
We work to keep ENTRO.you running, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will always be available, error-free or safe from loss. Keep your own copies of anything you care about. We may change, limit or stop parts of the Service, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect paid plans.
11. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for anything to do with the Service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new terms. For significant changes we will tell you on the website.
13. Contact
